You Keep Saying “I’m Trying” — But You’re Not Trying the Right Way

This might sound harsh… but it’s necessary.

    You say you’re trying.

    Trying to improve.

    Trying to be consistent.

    Trying to get better results.

    But if we look closely…

What does your “trying” actually look like?

    Inconsistent effort.

    Short bursts of motivation.

    Stopping when things get uncomfortable.

    That’s not real effort.

    That’s occasional effort.

    And occasional effort?

    Produces occasional results.

    Or no results at all.

That’s the part people don’t want to accept.

Because saying “I’m trying” feels good.

    It sounds responsible.

But results don’t respond to intention.

    They respond to consistency.

    So the question isn’t:

    “Are you trying?”

    The question is:

    “How are you trying?”

    Are you showing up daily?

    Are you pushing through discomfort?

Are you staying consistent even when it’s boring?

    Because that’s what actually works.

    Not motivation.

    Not vibes.

    Not temporary bursts of effort.

    Consistency.

    Even when it feels slow.

Even when you don’t see results immediately.

Even when it’s not exciting anymore.

That’s the difference between people who grow…

And people who stay stuck saying “I’m trying.”

    So don’t just try.

    Adjust your approach.

Because effort without structure is just motion.

    And motion without direction?

    Leads nowhere.

If you’re ready to actually do it differently, drop a 🎯
