  • fat was never the villain, humans just need to learn how to take it in moderate amount.

  • This is a really informative and much-needed clarification! 🥑🐟
You did a great job explaining that fat isn’t inherently “bad”—our bodies actually need it for brain function, vitamin absorption, and overall health. Highlighting the difference between healthy fats (like those in avocado, nuts, and oily fish) and unhealthy fats (like butter, fried foods, and processed snacks) is crucial because not all fats have the same impact on our health.
I also like that you emphasized moderation—even healthy fats can become harmful in excess. This kind of balanced explanation helps people make smarter choices without demonizing an essential nutrient.
Overall, it’s a practical and educational reminder that fats are part of a healthy diet, but choosing the right types makes all the difference. 💡✨

  • fat is as important as protein, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins , all you need do is to take them in moderate amounts.
