22 days agoIn a small village, there were two farmers who owned farms beside each other. The first farmer was very hardworking. Every morning he woke up early, cleaned his farm, watered his crops, and removed the weeds. Even when the sun was hot, he continued working because he believed that hard work would bring a good harvest.
The second farmer was different. He was lazy and always said, “Why should I stress myself? Rain will grow the crops.” Instead of taking care of his farm, he spent most of his time sleeping and chatting with friends in the village.
After some months, the rainy season ended and it was time for harvest. The hardworking farmer’s farm was full of healthy crops. His barn was filled with food, and he even had enough to sell in the market.
But the lazy farmer’s farm was almost empty. Weeds had taken over the land, and many of his crops had died because he did not take care of them.
Seeing this, the lazy farmer felt sad and asked his neighbor why his farm was successful. The hardworking farmer simply replied, “Success does not come from wishing. It comes from consistent effort.”
Moral lesson: In life, hard work, discipline, and consistency always produce better results than laziness
