    1. Stop expecting from everyone
    2. Accept that life is unfair 
    3. Don't beg for love and attention 
    4. Keep emotions under control 
    5. Learn to stay calm in chaos 
    6. Stop thinking things personally 
    7. Walk away from toxic people 
    8. Focus on the solution not the problem. and the last 
    9. Always believe in yourself
