We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage, grow, and optimize Konnect Africaâs social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands trends, community building, and content strategy
Responsibilities
⢠Manage and grow Konnect Africaâs social media accounts (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
⢠Create engaging posts, captions, and content calendars
⢠Promote forum discussions, blog posts, surveys, and platform features
⢠Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
⢠Analyze performance metrics and improve engagement strategies
⢠Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes
â˘Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
⢠Strong content creation and copywriting skills
⢠Familiarity with African digital audiences is an advantage
⢠Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, X Analytics, etc.)
⢠Creativity, consistency, and good communication skills
⢠Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

⢠Graphic design or video editing skills
⢠Experience promoting tech platforms or online communities
