We are looking for a responsible and proactive Community Moderator to help manage discussions, moderate content, and ensure a healthy, engaging, and respectful environment on the Konnect Africa forum and blog.
Responsibilities:
• Moderate forum posts, comments, and blog discussions
• Enforce community rules and platform guidelines
• Approve, edit, or remove inappropriate content
• Handle user reports, spam, and abuse
• Encourage healthy discussions and community engagement
• Assist users with basic platform-related questions
• Report issues, bugs, or suspicious activities to the admin team
• Good written communication skills (English)
• Familiarity with online forums, blogs, or social communities
• Ability to be fair, calm, and professional when handling conflicts
• Active internet access and availability
• Basic understanding of online community guidelines
• Prior moderation experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
