Konnect Africa Community Guidelines: Creators Fund Program
Welcome to the Konnect Creators Fund Program, a community-driven feature designed to empower creators and reward valuable content. This guideline explains how the program works, how users can participate, and the rules governing gifting and receiving support.
1. What Is the Konnect Creators Fund?
The Konnect Creators Fund is a feature that allows community members to send financial support (real money) to creators they appreciate. Whether it’s for insightful blog posts, helpful threads, or consistent contributions — users can show gratitude by gifting money directly to creators.
2. Who Can Receive Donations?

Any registered Konnect user who creates original, engaging content (threads, blogs, replies) is eligible.

No application needed — every user automatically has a Support This Creator button on their profile and posts.

Users must verify their identity and connect a valid Konnect Wallet or bank account before withdrawing funds.
3. How to Support a Creator
Supporting a creator is easy:

Click the “Support This Creator” button on their profile or post.

Choose a preset amount (₦500, ₦1,000, ₦2,000) or enter a custom value.

Select a payment method (wallet, card, transfer).

Optionally leave a message with your gift.

Confirm payment and receive a thank-you notification.
Note: 100% of the donation (minus processing fees) goes to the creator.

Fraudulent activity or abuse will result in a ban and fund seizure.

6. Gifting Etiquette & Rules

For Creators:

Do not beg, manipulate, or guilt users into gifting.

7. Refunds & Disputes

All gifts are non-refundable unless there is confirmed fraud.

9. Violations & Penalties
Violations of the Creators Fund rules may result in:

Permanent ban and fund forfeiture (for serious offenses)
